Information in the apps

The apps store studied-word history, favorites, learning lists, custom terms, recall ratings, review schedules, mistakes, your place in the vocabulary, appearance preferences, and settings on your device. G-Prep does not receive this learning data through the apps.

There is no Wordbook account, advertising, tracking SDK, or cloud synchronization. The apps do not request access to your microphone, contacts, photos, or location for learning. Speech uses the device’s English text-to-speech services.

Apple handles App Store transactions. G-Prep does not receive your payment-card details through the apps. Device backups and Apple services are governed by your device settings and Apple’s policies.

Exports, reset, and deletion

If you export progress or share a file, you choose its destination and who can access it. Protect that copy as you would any personal file. Files you export remain at their chosen destinations after an in-app reset.

Importing a backup is a manual replacement after a preview and confirmation. A local recovery copy is kept before replacement; it is not uploaded to G-Prep. Reset progress in the app to clear its active learning profile. Deleting the app normally removes its local container. Copies in device backups or exported files are managed separately by you and the relevant service.

Support messages

When you email support, G-Prep receives the address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to answer your request, investigate the issue, and maintain support records. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for the request.

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you sent to support, contact app-support@g-prep.co.jp. We may need information to identify the relevant correspondence.

This website

This site provides instructions and support information without an account. We do not add advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting services process technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. External links and your email application operate under their own providers’ policies.

Changes and contact
